Prepare orders from the guest check following company approved portions, recipe specifications, and timing standards. Properly store, date, and rotate inventory according to "first in, first out" standards. Follow proper cutting board standards to avoid cross contamination and administer allergen programs. Perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor. This role requires standing and/or walking 100% of the time, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and frequently up to 25 lbs, and working in temperatures that may exceed 90 degrees.
