Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menus; ensure that all food is of high quality and meets our customers' expectations; maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment; adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines; PM Cook position at DoubleTree by Hilton Newark, Ohio, working with the Executive Chef to execute menus and recipes; on-site in Newark, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
- Ability to speak and read English fluently
- Manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb stairs and move objects
- Knowledge of food production and safety regulations
