Prepare all food products for the Steakhouse and other areas as directed. Monitor products in freezers, walk-ins, and storerooms to ensure freshness, rotation, and availability. Assist in quality control of prepared food items and oversee the buffet to monitor food items. Maintain high sanitation standards throughout operations. Demonstrate the ability to work well as a team player while interacting with guests and fellow team members professionally and courteously. Prior cooking experience is needed. Promote a positive and professional image of Fitzgerald Casino Hotel to all patrons and guests.
