Job Summary
Conduct a wide range of cooking techniques including prepping, roasting, broiling, braising, sautéing, and grilling to prepare meals meeting strict quality standards for freshness, taste, and consistency. Execute standardized recipes to ensure portion control and notify the Chef or Sous Chef immediately of any ingredient shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns. Monitor food production timing and flow to maintain kitchen efficiency while supporting coordination between stations to prevent delays. Ensure full compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations by adhering to the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) handbook and reporting any risks or violations to management and the hygiene team. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.

- Minimum of 2 year of cooking experience
