Prepare food for patients, cafeteria customers, Meals on Wheels participants, and special functions following departmental guidelines, HACCP procedures, and Health Department standards. Accurately document daily temperature and taste panels, maintain proper inventory storage and rotation, and ensure all equipment is cleaned and used according to safety standards. Perform all work in a safe and sanitary manner while actively participating in performance improvement activities such as tray assessments and meal rounds. Maintain confidentiality and cooperate fully in risk management investigations. Requires high school diploma, English proficiency, and prior food service experience with one year in quantity batch cooking preferred.
