Job Summary
Under the general supervision of the chef, prepares and cooks food for patients, staff and visitors. Responsible for maintaining production and related areas in a clean and sanitary manner in accordance with all local, state and federal regulating agencies. 1 year experience in quantity food preparation required; National Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire. Preferred qualification includes completion of an armed forces service cooks and bakers program or a community college quantity food production course.
