Prepare various foods based on menu, recipe, and diet breakdowns within budget while working with residents to provide their daily food choices. Assure personal and staff compliance with all State and Federal regulations, including bloodborne pathogens, infection control, hazardous materials, and fire safety. Meet dietary requirements established by physician orders, including substituting menu items, and safely operate all standard industrial kitchen equipment. Perform other duties as required.
