Job Summary
Cook meals and provide food service for patients, the retail cafe, and catering events at the hospital under the guidance of the chef/production manager. Prepare high-quality meals for patients, visitors, and hospital staff while following company recipes and guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhere to health and safety policies, and assist team members to help the department operate efficiently. Full-time and part-time positions available with Day/Evening/Night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen (fast food, hotel operations, healthcare)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Communicate effectively in English
- Work well in a team environment
- Practice good personal hygiene
- Be neatly groomed
- Be in uniform
- Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
Desired Qualifications
- Culinary experience (cook, cooking, line cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, dietary cook, healthcare foodservice)
