Prepare food items prior to and during meal periods according to written orders. Slice, chop meat, cheese, and other food products. Communicate professionally with servers. Order food and related items as needed. Ensure kitchen appliances and equipment are cleaned and turned off at the end of each day. Maintain work areas in a sanitized, orderly manner complying with state health and safety regulations. Maintain food product inventory and report any health or safety concerns or violations to management. Perform other related duties as assigned.
