Job Summary
Cook role responsible for high-quality food preparation, presentation, and cost control per recipe cards; operate a variety of kitchen equipment; prepare and trim meats, seafood, and vegetables; manage waste and food costs; ensure sanitation and safety standards; assist in setting up for events and special functions; maintain par levels, rotate stock, and notify supervisor of shortages; support in cleaning and equipment sanitation; contribute to team performance in a fast-paced hotel dining environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a cook
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food and beverage products
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions in recipes and multi-task
