Cook - Dawsonville

Complete all assigned prep work, set up cook stations, and maintain product presentations and quality standards. Prepare menu items according to company recipes and specifications while verifying stock, cleaning equipment, and maintaining a clean work area. Use knives and slicing equipment to prepare food items to specification while standing and exerting well-paced mobility for periods up to 10 hours. This role requires good communication skills and the ability to lift 25-70 pounds.
