Job Summary
Cook responsible for executing all kitchen operations and ensuring food meets safety/health standards. Duties include assembling/wrapping items, stocking materials, operating grill/fryer and related equipment, maintaining cleanliness, rotating stock, performing prep duties for grill area, communicating clearly with staff, assisting in delivering guest satisfaction, and supporting management in safety and quality standards. Must handle raw/cold/hot foods, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures; must be eligible to work in the United States.
