Job Summary
Cook/Grill Staff needed to execute kitchen operations, ensuring all prepared foods meet restaurant safety and health standards. Responsibilities include cooking, assembling, wrapping items, stocking products and preparation materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, operating grill/fryer/freezer, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring quick, accurate food production. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, customer-service focus, and the ability to work under pressure in a high-volume setting. Duties also include communicating effectively with management, breaking down and cleaning the grill area, stocking and rotating products, and adhering to health regulations. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work across various temperatures. Location noted: Sikeston, MO (DQ franchise).
