Job Summary
Cook responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking dishes for the hotel, including soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts. Maintains sanitation/Health compliance, checks quality of raw and cooked foods, prepares for daily menus and special events, sets up and inventories workstation, coordinates with F&B service staff on item availability and specials, stores items properly, and completes opening and closing duties with attention to detail and teamwork.
