Job Summary
Prepare and cook meals following approved menus and dietary restrictions while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and ensuring proper food storage. Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies, and collaborate with facility staff to accommodate special dietary needs and meal schedules. Adhere to all correctional facility policies and procedures while on site. Previous experience in cooking, preferably in a correctional or institutional setting, is required along with knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Competitive pay of $17.00 per hour, paid weekly.
