Job Summary
Create a consistent quality product and culinary experience while ensuring your work area remains clean, well-organized, and sanitized. Oversee product taste, appearance, and portion sizes by adhering to daily menu and prep lists, utilizing proper knife skills and production techniques. Anticipate customer needs ahead of time, engage with repeat customers to build rapport, and suggestively sell add-ons to orders. Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers, take direction well, and remain flexible to change or jump in where needed. Maintain a positive attitude and lead by example to foster a positive work environment.

Desired Qualifications
- 1 -3 years previous cooking experience
- Serve Safe and Allergen Certification
- In process or completion of culinary education
