Job Summary
Cook at SRIM Management in Artful Dining for residents, families and visitors. Prepares and cooks a variety of food per established menu, oversees the work of culinary staff, ensures proper preparation, portioning and serving following standardized recipes, maintains sanitation and safety, supports dietician guidelines, assists with menu changes, and coordinates training of dining staff. Maintains HIPAA compliance, ensures a dignified atmosphere for residents and families, communicates effectively with residents and families, and collaborates with management to complete assignments and participate in trainings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training
