Job Summary
Cook in Cogir Senior Living's community restaurant preparing fresh, nutritious meals for residents, staff, and guests. Follow established menus and dietary guidelines, set up and break down work areas, keep stations clean and sanitized, collaborate with the dining services team to ensure timely meal service, restock foods, and adhere to health and safety regulations. Participate in training, handle and store cleaning supplies properly, and assist in all kitchen operations while delivering compassionate service to seniors.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler Card
- At least one year of experience in a full-service kitchen
- Ability to read and execute a recipe
