Job Summary
Prepare high quality food items to order with passionate speed; follow recipes and ensure outstanding food presentation; complete prep lists and portioning per spec; efficiently run station during shift, stock food, and maintain clean, high-pace operations; maintain knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods; assist with receiving and storing deliveries; ensure FIFO and proper labeling/rotation; contribute to a fun, driven team culture and a clean, organized kitchen; 18+; Food Handlers Certification; ability to lift 25 lbs; 1-2 years in a high-volume restaurant preferred; flexible FT/PT opportunities with pay ranging from $17-$20 per hour plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- Food Handlers Certification
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, scratch kitchen experience a plus
