Job Summary
Prepare all hotel-outlet food items using standardized recipes in a timely, consistent manner. Set up stations with mise en place and operate large-volume cooking equipment (grills, fryers, griddles, ovens, etc.) while adjusting thermostats to maintain proper temperatures. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards; verify that prepared foods meet quality and quantity requirements. Communicate effectively with staff and supervisors; perform other duties as assigned by management to support guest service during high-volume service periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years cooking experience
- Food Handlers certification
