Job Summary
Prepare all food items for hotel outlets using standardized recipes, maintain sanitation and safety standards, and operate large-volume cooking equipment (grills, fryers, griddles). Set up station with mise en place, adjust ovens and kettles, monitor temperature, and verify quality and quantity of prepared foods. Collaborate with team, assist guests as needed, and follow safety policies. Requires High School or equivalent education, at least 2 years of cooking experience (preferably high-volume), and Food Handlers certification. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.
