Job Summary
Cook in a high-volume school-lunch production kitchen, producing quality food by following recipes and production plans, maintaining temperature logs and food-safety practices, keeping a clean workspace to prevent cross-contamination, and ensuring taste and quality of meals. Works Sunday through Thursday day shift (6am start). Requires 1-2 years of high-volume cooking experience and a current CA Food Handler or ServSafe certification; English reading/writing ability mandatory; team-oriented with strong collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
