Job Summary

Cook I responsible for cost-effective preparation and plating of food to exceed guest expectations. Responsibilities include preparing sauces, soups and hot entrees per menu, following recipes, portioning, garnishing, and presenting dishes with proper plate presentation. Maintain kitchen organization, requisition and rotate perishables per SOP, ensure cleanliness and safety, and assist in managing food cost and waste. Coordinate with servers to ensure timely service, follow food-handling guidelines, and deliver 100% guest satisfaction through genuine hospitality and teamwork. Requires high school diploma or GED (culinary degree preferred) and 1 year cooking experience (preferred). The role is based at the Radisson Seattle-Tacoma location in Seattle, WA, and is an on-site position.

Required Qualifications
