Job Summary
Prepare mis-en-place for all menus and cook, present, and serve food consistently to hotel standards, including staff meals as instructed by Senior Chefs. Ensure work areas remain clean, safe, and tidy at all times. This role requires four years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant, fluency in German and English, and flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, evenings, and early mornings. The position offers free food and accommodation, 13th and 14th salaries, and full health and social insurance.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Be vaccinated
- Speak German / English fluently
- Be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings and on occasion, early mornings
