Job Summary
Ensure the highest quality food preparation and presentation in kitchen stations, outlets, banquets, and parties during assigned shifts per company specifications. Utilize kitchen cutlery, automatic slicers, blenders, ovens, fryers, and other culinary tools to execute tasks. Requires a high school diploma or culinary degree with at least two years of hotel or restaurant cooking experience. Fine dining and high-volume experience preferred.
