Fulfill Banquet Event Orders, prepare recipes as directed, and design creative buffet food presentations while maintaining kitchen equipment cleanliness and a safe working environment. Supervise temporary labor staff and take direction well to complete multiple tasks in a banquet facility. This role requires at least one year of experience preparing meals for large events, with the ability to stand, walk, and lift 30 pounds regularly. Schedule is part-time and event-based, requiring flexibility as labor needs vary weekly.
Required Qualifications
