Prepare and cook nutritious meals in line with menu plans and dietary requirements, ensuring high presentation standards. Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and kitchen organization while maintaining hygiene and safety protocols. Support the cook with daily tasks, manage crockery and utensils, and deliver excellent customer service to residents and visitors. Work collaboratively with the catering team across Friday and Saturday shifts to provide a positive dining experience. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or commercial kitchens
- A genuine passion for food and providing excellent service

- Knowledge of food safety practices
