Job Summary

The Cook position involves preparing and cooking orders in a fast-paced kitchen, controlling food usage to minimize waste, and maintaining high sanitation standards. Required Qualifications

  • Reading and writing abilities for recipe preparation and scheduling
  • Mathematical skills for calculations related to food preparation

Desired Qualifications

  • Culinary certified training preferred
  • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency

  • May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
