Job Summary
Maintain verbal communication with front-of-house staff while monitoring food quality during marinating, breading, and inspection of chicken. Follow receipts, filter oil, and ensure adherence to health and sanitation standards across all food preparation areas. Thoroughly clean equipment and uphold all safety rules, policies, and procedures. Must be 18 years or older, able to lift 50 lbs, and stand for long periods. Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Produce authorized U.S. work documents and follow personal care and hygiene policies.
