Perform food preparation, covering, and storage tasks while maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and preparation areas. Serve beverages and meals, arrange table settings, and deliver nourishments to the nurse station. Clear tables, wash dishes, operate dishwashing systems, and rotate food supplies to avoid waste. Report resident changes in consumption or behaviors and actively participate in the Quality Assurance Process Improvement program. Maintain high standards of excellence and establish rapport with residents while following established schedules, dietary procedures, and facility policies.
