Job Summary
Prepares and cooks to order foods in the pantry, fry and/or stations, and handles daily food prep including slicing, cutting, and chopping. Sets up stations per guidelines, cooks food in a timely and sanitary manner, and restocks items as needed. Cleans work areas, equipment, walk-in coolers, and storage areas while responding promptly to customer needs and service requests. Observes safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures, reporting unsafe conditions beyond standard guidelines. Requires a high school diploma, previous restaurant experience, and a food handler's permit within seven days. Must traverse the restaurant, lift 50 pounds, and work long hours including nights and weekends.
