Job Summary
Cook responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes in a full scratch kitchen; ensure freshness and quality of all food products; follow food safety guidelines; explain menu offerings to customers; maintain a clean and organized kitchen; collaborate with other kitchen staff; monitor cooking times and temperatures; assist with inventory management and food ordering as needed. Requires experience in a restaurant setting, knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices, ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook or line cook in a restaurant setting is preferred.
