Job Summary
Conduct hot food line cooking and prep, cold food assembly, patient tray expediting, and retail grab-and-go preparation. Maintain utensils, equipment, and work areas in a clean, sanitary condition while following detailed daily sanitation assignments. Operate and clean kitchen equipment, portion food according to production sheets, and label all products per Local Health Department Code. Perform ware washing and rotate through multiple positions within the Patient Service Line and Retail Service areas.
Required Qualifications
- ANSI Accredited Food Handler Training within 30 days
- Cooking experience
