Job Summary
Prepare ingredients, cook a variety of dishes to menu standards, and plate meals with excellent presentation. Maintain proper food storage, safety, and hygiene while keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with Workplace Health and Safety requirements. Support team members to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations and uphold consistently high standards across all breakfast shifts. This casual role involves rotating rosters from Monday to Sunday with no split shifts required. Immediate start available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for cooking
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Working rights within Australia or New Zealand
