Job Summary
Professional line cook to prepare food to the exact specifications. Set up and stocking stations; prepare food for service (chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces); cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff; follow Manager's instructions; clean up station and store leftovers; ensure plates come out high quality and on time; comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards; maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Food Handler Certification is required.
