Job Summary
Maintain food production standards and quality while practicing excellent operational sanitation. Prepare items according to established recipes and expedites orders in a timely manner. Complies with HACCP guidelines, cleans and sanitizes work areas, and verifies cooler temperatures daily. Executes scheduled banquet functions, processes inventory requisitions, and checks deliveries for variances. Communicates equipment repair needs with the chef and participates in training efforts. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Culinary Degree
- 2 years of Culinary Experience
