Job Summary
Cook responsible for preparing and cooking food items to ensure high quality service and guest experience. Follow recipes, measure and mix ingredients, maintain fresh ingredients, and ensure sanitation and safety standards. Maintain a clean work area, handle utensils and equipment, execute opening and closing procedures, and complete required food safety logs. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Previous restaurant experience is preferred. Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL, at Birch Hospitality, Fort Lauderdale State Park.

- ability to lift 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
