Job Summary
Prepare meals following Bickford's menus, processes, and expectations for the restaurant-style "Bread Basket" dining experience. Serve food timely, at correct temperatures, and appropriately plated while ensuring all processes are followed during service. Interact with residents in the Dining Room to enhance their experience, wash dishes per procedure, and maintain kitchen and dining room cleanliness to meet regulatory requirements. Utilize resident meal order forms to track physician-ordered diets, allergies, and preferences, and complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule. Coordinate with the Kitchen Manager for tours and events. Full-time roles require 30+ hours weekly; part-time and PRN options available.
