Job Summary
Prep, cook, and plate menu items according to recipe specs while following food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling, and storage. Maintain equipment cleanliness and organize work areas to complete duties without constant supervision. Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment while adhering to safety and sanitation procedures. Requires weekend and holiday availability, ability to read tickets and spec charts, and physical stamina for continuous standing and lifting up to 60 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 16 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
- Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
- Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment
- Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
- Positive attitudes and teamwork
