Job Summary
The Cook- Banquets is responsible for providing superior service to customers and preparing foods across grilling, frying, broiling, baking, boiling, braising, poaching, or pantry prep. Responsibilities include ensuring plates are aesthetically appealing and cooked to specifications, recognizing sauces for entrees, maintaining a clean/stocked workstation, assisting teammates for efficient kitchen operation, ensuring safety and proper storage of foods, and operating all kitchen equipment. The role requires flexibility to work varying shifts, adherence to federal/state/gaming licensing requirements, and a minimum age of 18.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of one (1) year prior experience as a cook trainee or coffee shop line cook, and/or through the completion of a degree in culinary arts or recognized apprenticeship
