Job Summary
Prepare meals for residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Work weekends as needed while maintaining confidentiality and treating elderly residents with kindness, dignity, and respect. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to coordinate with the care team. This role supports the daily nutritional needs of patients at the Robertsdale Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center, an established facility serving both long-term and short-term residents.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18-years of age
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma)
- Previous experience as a cook
- Must be able to work some weekends
- Must have a positive attitude toward the elderly
