Prepare and serve hot meals for patients and visitors at the MCHS dining facility. Operate bakery equipment to bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to menu specifications. Maintain kitchen sanitation and inventory levels while adhering to food safety standards. Work a six-hour shift as part of the rotating schedule.
