Job Summary
Cook needed to prepare hot and cold dishes across multiple locations in the Charlotte area. Responsibilities include assembling, cooking, and presenting ingredients, maintaining a sanitary kitchen, following recipes, expediting orders, and contributing to daily and themed menus. Must have 2+ years of cooking experience, strong food preparation skills, knowledge of sanitation practices, and the ability to handle various cooking methods (grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, broiling) while maintaining quality and presentation. Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of cooking experience to include food preparation
- Strong working knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety and sanitation practices
- Exceptional food presentation skills
- Familiarity with general kitchen equipment and appliances
- Strong work ethic and high energy level
