Cook- Atrium Health- Concord PT

Cook performs a variety of routine tasks to prepare, cook, plate and serve food items for patient or retail meals. Follows menus and recipes, assembles supplies, tests prepared food for temperature and quality, labels and stores leftovers, and completes daily production records. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle temperature extremes in kitchen environments; exposure to minor cuts and potential exposure to infectious materials. High school diploma or GED preferred with 2 years of cooking/food prep experience preferred. Benefits and compensation include base pay (pay range $19.80-$29.70 per hour) with eligibility for benefits and other programs; hours per week 24; part-time role within Advocate Health Carolinas Rehabilitation in Concord, NC.
