Job Summary
Prepare and cook food for residents in a restaurant-style dining atmosphere while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times. Build positive relationships with residents, employees, and coworkers. Join the kitchen staff to support our mission of helping residents thrive in their homes. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, one to three years of culinary experience in hospitality or healthcare, and a valid food handlers permit. Full-time employees earn between $22.00 and $26.40 per hour with access to health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience as a cook in a hospitality or healthcare environment
- Food handlers permit as required by state law and/or Company standards
- Ability to read and follow recipes, guides, cleaning schedules and logs
