Job Summary
Cook in a Skilled Nursing Facility responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking breakfasts, lunches, and dinners; prepare and portion food, plate and garnish plated items, and act as liaison to the Dietary Manager in their absence. Follow standardized recipes, clean the kitchen and equipment, manage inventory and purchasing, rotate stock, develop recipes and ensure compliance, and accommodate last-minute requests for special events.
