Job Summary
Cook duties include accurately and efficiently preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plating and garnishing cooked items, and preparing appropriate garnishes for hot menu items. Acts as liaison for the Dietary Manager in absence to ensure accurate meal prep and delivery. Classically trained in a high-volume culinary environment and follows standardized recipes. Responsible for cleaning the kitchen and equipment before/after use, inventory management and purchasing, rotation of stock, recipe development and compliance, and accommodating last-minute requests for special events.
