Job Summary
Cook will safely prepare food items per menu specifications and standard recipes for service to Guests in all outlets, maintain picture-perfect plate presentation, create order lists for recipe preparations, communicate with other Cooks and Sous Chefs, train lower level Cooks on equipment, read recipes to gather items, assemble dishes, adhere to food-cost and quality controls, perform side work, ensure station cleanliness, manage workflow across Sauté, Broiler, Appetizer, Pantry, Pasta, and Grill stations, prepare hot and cold sauces, operate kitchen equipment (slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, grill, mixer, etc.), lift up to 150 lbs, and meet deadlines. Requires 1 year of food-prep experience, no schooling required, ability to obtain gaming and driver licenses, background check, and alcohol/drug screening; 18+; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year minimum experience in food preparation and food knowledge
- No schooling is required but culinary education is encouraged
- Must successfully pass background check
- Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening
- Must be 18 years of age
- Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers and gaming license within assigned state of employment and other jurisdictions
