Prepare meals following the cycle menu for breakfast, lunch, and snacks, ensuring accurate portions and appealing presentation for specific age groups. Purchase food and supplies, submit purchase orders, and maintain appropriate inventory levels. Deliver meals to classrooms as family-style service while removing trash, sweeping, and mopping the kitchen floor daily. Ensure all equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and reported for maintenance issues. Complete accurate food service reports, including cycle menus, purchase orders, inventory worksheets, and temperature monitoring logs. Assist in food service cleanup tasks and participate in weekly staff meetings and emergency drills. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all agency policies and Ohio Department of Public Health guidelines.
