Job Summary
Prepare meals for residents in accordance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring quality, temperature, and sanitary conditions while complying with federal, state, and local laws. Maintain safety standards and follow all company policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues through a warm, friendly demeanor. This role requires the ability to read, write, and speak English, perform basic arithmetic, and follow written and oral instructions. Schedule includes days, evenings, and weekends.
